Part of my 2025 wren series, Copper Glimmer is an individual drawing, carved onto the surface of the clay by hand and surrounded by delicate leaf impressions.

The clay body is thrown by hand from cream-coloured stoneware. The wren is carefully drawn and painted by hand. This vase has been lightly decorated with copper tinted glaze to give a glimmering satin finish with flashes of green here and there.

The inside of the vase is clear glazed.
